Terms of Use

1. Purpose of the Site

Wanted Level Supply provides original creator tools, systems, templates, resources, product information, and related functionality for gaming creators. The Creator Launch Checklist is a free informational and organizational resource intended to help creators prepare content-production workflows.

WLS resources, including the Creator Launch Checklist, do not provide legal, financial, business, tax, employment, platform-policy, or other professional advice.

The checklist does not guarantee:

• revenue or profitability;
• audience growth;
• platform eligibility or approval;
• content performance;
• access to games, products, platforms, or services;
• release dates or continued availability;
• protection from copyright or trademark claims; or
• any particular creative or business result.

You remain responsible for your decisions, content, accounts, equipment, expenses, and compliance obligations.

2. Local checklist functionality

Checklist progress is stored locally in your browser.

The Site does not currently provide a Wanted Level Supply visitor account, cloud backup, or cross-device synchronization for checklist progress. Email signup is optional and does not create a visitor account. Any use of a submitted email address will be limited to the purpose described at the point of signup unless WLS provides additional notice or obtains any consent required by applicable law.

Enterprise Media LLC is not responsible for progress lost because of browser settings, deleted browser data, device failure, software changes, private-browsing restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Permission to use the Site

Subject to these Terms, Enterprise Media LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to:

• access and use the Site;
• use the checklist for your own creator workflow;
• save checklist progress on your device; and
• print or download a personal working copy when the Site provides that function.

This permission does not transfer ownership of the Site or its content.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not:

• reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the checklist or substantial portions of it as your own product;
• remove or conceal Wanted Level Supply branding, ownership notices, or legal notices from distributed copies;
• copy the Site to create a competing product or substantially similar commercial resource;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract Site content;
• interfere with, overload, damage, probe, or attempt to bypass the Site’s security or access controls;
• introduce malicious code or use the Site to conduct unlawful activity;
• impersonate Enterprise Media LLC, Wanted Level Supply, or any third party;
• falsely suggest sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation; or
• use the Site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s original arrangement, written content, interface, branding, logos, graphics, artwork, and functionality are owned by Enterprise Media LLC or used with permission, except for third-party names, trademarks, and other materials identified as belonging to their respective owners.

“Wanted Level Supply,” WLS branding, and associated original materials may be protected by trademark, copyright, unfair-competition, and other laws regardless of whether every element has been federally registered.

No permission is granted to use Wanted Level Supply branding in a way that implies ownership, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.

6. Unofficial resource and non-affiliation

Wanted Level Supply and the Creator Launch Checklist are unofficial and independently produced.

Enterprise Media LLC and Wanted Level Supply are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by:

• Rockstar Games;
• Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.;
• Grand Theft Auto or GTA;
• Sony Interactive Entertainment;
• Microsoft;
• PlayStation;
• Xbox; or
• any related parent company, subsidiary, publisher, developer, platform owner, or rights holder.

All third-party product names, company names, game titles, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party products or services are used for identification, commentary, informational, or organizational purposes and do not imply affiliation or endorsement. Use of ChatGPT Sites or other OpenAI services to build or host the Site does not imply that OpenAI sponsors, certifies, endorses, or partners with Wanted Level Supply.

7. User responsibility for content creation

You are solely responsible for content you create, publish, monetize, distribute, or submit to a platform.

The checklist does not determine whether your use of gameplay, music, images, logos, footage, commentary, or other material qualifies as fair use or is otherwise legally permitted.

You are responsible for reviewing applicable:

• copyright and trademark laws;
• platform rules;
• community guidelines;
• monetization policies;
• contest or promotion requirements;
• disclosure obligations; and
• permissions or licenses.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites, storefronts, payment platforms, social networks, or services.

Enterprise Media LLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, policies, transactions, or conduct. The Site also depends on third-party hosting, security, email, domain, and infrastructure providers whose availability can affect Site operation. Your use of a third-party destination is governed by that service’s own terms and policies.

A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

9. Purchases and optional support

The Creator Launch Checklist is currently offered without charge.

Wanted Level Supply may accept optional pay-what-you-want contributions or offer other products through third-party payment providers or storefronts. WLS does not intentionally collect or process payment-card data on the Site; payment details are handled by the applicable third-party provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• optional contributions are voluntary;
• an optional contribution does not purchase ownership, equity, employment, partnership, guaranteed support, or additional rights;
• payments are processed by the applicable third-party platform; and
• that platform’s payment-processing and privacy terms apply to its services, while WLS remains responsible for its own product descriptions, fulfillment or delivery, customer support, and any refund obligations or policies applicable to the WLS offer.

Separate product terms may apply to future paid products.

10. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the Site at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, error-free, compatible with every device or browser, or preserved in its current form.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Enterprise Media LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enterprise Media LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Site.

This includes loss of data, checklist progress, revenue, profits, opportunities, audience growth, goodwill, content, equipment use, or platform access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of:

• the amount you paid directly to Enterprise Media LLC for the applicable Site service during the 12 months preceding the claim; or
• US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

13. Violations and termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the Site when we reasonably believe someone has violated these Terms, interfered with the Site, threatened its security, infringed another party’s rights, or used it unlawfully.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

15. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

16. Entire agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement concerning use of the Site unless separate written terms apply to a particular product or transaction.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Site or our practices change.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
