Privacy Policy

1. Checklist progress and local storage

The Creator Launch Checklist saves your progress locally in your web browser using local device storage.

Your checklist selections:

• remain on the device and browser you used;
• are not associated with a Wanted Level Supply account;
• are not transmitted to Enterprise Media LLC for cloud synchronization;
• do not automatically transfer between devices or browsers; and
• may be removed if you clear your browser data, use the checklist’s reset function, or change devices or browsers.

Wanted Level Supply does not operate a user-account system for the checklist.

2. Information you provide directly

We may receive information that you voluntarily provide through an email signup form or when you contact us by email. Depending on how you interact with WLS, this may include:

• your name;
• your email address;
• the contents of your message;
• files or other information you choose to include; and
• information necessary to respond to a support, privacy, legal, partnership, or order-related request.

For the WLS subscriber list, WLS is designed to store only the email address you submit and the signup timestamp. Referral/source analytics are intentionally kept separate from subscriber email records. We may use a submitted email address to deliver the WLS resource, update, or communication described at the point of signup. Submitting an email does not create a WLS visitor account. If broader marketing or a materially different email program is introduced later, WLS will update the disclosure and implement any required unsubscribe or consent controls before that use begins.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, private account credentials, or other sensitive information through ordinary email.

3. Technical and hosting information

WLS uses service providers to host, deliver, secure, and operate the Site. ChatGPT Sites/OpenAI hosts the Site and may process Hosted Data as needed to host, maintain, secure, and support it. Cloudflare provides domain/network services, the WLS API, security and abuse controls, Turnstile, and aggregate analytics infrastructure. Google Workspace/Google Sheets provides private subscriber-list storage and related business email functions. These providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the Site. Depending on the provider, this may include:

• IP address;
• browser and device type;
• request date and time;
• referring page;
• requested pages or files;
• approximate location derived from an IP address;
• diagnostic information; and
• security, abuse-prevention, and error logs.

Enterprise Media LLC may not directly receive or retain all information processed by these providers.

4. Site analytics

WLS uses its own lightweight aggregate analytics system through the shared WLS backend. When anonymous analytics are enabled, WLS may record aggregate counts for:

• referral/source category;
• site visits;
• checklist opens and checklist starts;
• successful email signup conversions.

These counts are used to understand general Site usage, compare coarse referral sources, measure the checklist funnel, identify technical issues, and improve WLS products and resources. Referral/source attribution is limited to the approved coarse source categories. On the checklist, a valid ?src= value may be resolved for the current page lifecycle and removed from the visible URL after resolution; WLS does not intentionally store the analytics source in checklist progress storage.

WLS does not intentionally create analytics visitor IDs, cross-device identifiers, fingerprints, demographic profiles, or analytics-to-email identity links. The WLS analytics datastore is designed to contain aggregate counts rather than subscriber email addresses. Infrastructure and security providers may still process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and security events as needed to deliver and protect the Site.

Privacy Choices lets a visitor turn WLS optional anonymous analytics off. When analytics are off, WLS uses the preference cookie wls_analytics=off, scoped to the wantedlevelsupply.com domain. Turning analytics off does not disable checklist progress storage, email signup, Turnstile, or essential security and abuse-prevention controls. Turning analytics back on removes the opt-out preference rather than creating a persistent visitor identifier.

Cookies and similar technologies. WLS does not intentionally set analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers for its aggregate analytics. The Creator Launch Checklist uses local browser storage for functional progress, and Privacy Choices uses the wls_analytics=off cookie only to remember an analytics opt-out. Hosting and security providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary to host, secure, authenticate access to, or deliver the Site according to their applicable practices. WLS will update this Policy and its controls before introducing additional non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies.

Enterprise Media LLC has not added Google Analytics, advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral tracking, or third-party advertising profiles to the Site. If WLS later adds additional analytics, advertising, account features, or other tracking technologies, this Privacy Policy should be updated before those practices are introduced.

5. How information may be used

Information may be used to:

• operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Site;
• respond to messages and support requests;
• investigate abuse, attacks, fraud, or technical problems;
• comply with legal obligations;
• enforce our Terms of Use; and
• improve Wanted Level Supply products and services using aggregated or non-identifying information.

Legal bases where applicable. Depending on the law and the processing activity, WLS may rely on consent; steps requested by you or performance of a contract; legitimate interests in operating, securing, troubleshooting, and improving the Site; or compliance with legal obligations. Where WLS relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent as described in the Your choices section, subject to applicable law.

6. How information may be disclosed

Information may be disclosed:

• to hosting, email, domain, security, payment, or other service providers that help operate Wanted Level Supply;
• when reasonably necessary to comply with a law, court order, legal process, or governmental request;
• when necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security threats, or violations of our Terms;
• to protect the rights, safety, or property of Enterprise Media LLC, our users, or others; or
• as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or transfer of some or all business assets.

We do not sell personal information for money or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Processing locations and transfers. Personal data may be processed in locations where WLS and its service providers operate. WLS does not represent that all Site data remains in a particular country or region. Where applicable law requires safeguards for cross-border transfers, WLS and its providers rely on the contractual or legal transfer mechanisms applicable to their services and agreements.

7. Third-party websites and services

The Site may link to third-party services, including storefronts, payment platforms, social networks, video platforms, or other websites.

Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms. Enterprise Media LLC is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, or practices of third-party services.

If you make a purchase or optional contribution through a third-party platform, payment information is processed by that platform and is subject to its policies. Wanted Level Supply should not receive complete payment-card numbers from those providers.

8. Retention

Checklist progress remains in your browser until it is reset or your browser data is removed.

Subscriber email records may be retained while they are needed for the purpose described at signup, until removal is requested, or as reasonably necessary for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping obligations. Email messages and related records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations. Aggregate analytics counts may be retained for as long as reasonably useful for operational, security, and longitudinal trend analysis, and then may be deleted or aggregated further. They are designed not to contain subscriber email addresses or visitor identifiers.

Technical and security information is retained according to the practices of the applicable hosting and infrastructure providers and our legitimate operational needs.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the Site and the information involved.

However, no website, email system, storage method, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You use the Site and communicate with us at your own risk.

10. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 or, where applicable, children below the local age of digital consent.

We do not knowingly request or collect personal information from children in those categories. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact privacy@wantedlevelsupply.com so the matter can be reviewed.

11. Your choices

Depending on the information involved, you may:

• reset checklist progress using the reset function;
• clear locally saved checklist data through your browser settings;
• turn optional anonymous analytics off or back on through Privacy Choices;
• request removal of an email address from the WLS subscriber list;
• choose not to send information by email; or
• contact us about access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or another privacy question or request, subject to applicable law and our ability to verify and fulfill the request; or, where applicable, lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Because the checklist does not use visitor accounts or cloud synchronization, we generally cannot locate checklist progress stored on your personal device.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Site, our practices, or applicable requirements change.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be identified through an additional notice on the Site when appropriate.
